Freebridge Community Housing provides support to tenants both directly via our Tenant Welfare Officers, Scheme Managers (formerly known as wardens or care service officers) and in partnership with other agencies. For example :

• Emergency Alarm Service - Invicta Telecare
• Floating Support - Stonham Homestay
• Adaptations - Norfolk County Council's Adult Social Services
• Benefits Assistance - Kings Lynn & West Norfolk Borough Council

Support ranges from help to set up a home, advice and help with bills, forms, repairs, to a listening ear and reassurance.
