Housing Benefit

Housing Benefit is available to meet the cost of your rental accommodation, for both Housing Association properties and private tenancies. Housing Benefit can pay up to 100% of your rent, it is a means tested benefit, which means you will be asked to give information about all your income and savings in order to see if you are entitled.

How to Claim Housing Benefit
