Complaints

As detailed in our 'Customer Comments Policy', Freebridge Community Housing is committed to providing high quality, excellent services to our customers.

On occasions we will get things wrong and our customers may feel that we have not performed to our usual standards.

Of course, we regret any situation where one of our customers is left feeling dissatisfied. Freebridge aims to use these situations positively in order to learn and improve services.

Ombudsman LogoIf you follow our Customer Complaints Procedure in full, with all the stages of the above process having been explored, and yet you still believe your complaint has not been resolved satisfactorily, you have the right to take your complaint outside of the organisation to the Independent Housing Ombudsman Service. The Ombudsman Services decision will then be binding upon both you as the customer and Freebridge Community Housing as the landlord.
