Tenants Home Contents Insurance Scheme

In conjunction with AON, Freebridge Community Housing administers a home contents insurance scheme, especially for our tenants.

Freebridge strongly recommends that every tenant takes out some form of home contents insurance, and would politely remind customers that in the event of a theft, fire, flood, act of vandalism or other such event, Freebridge are not responsible for providing financial compensation for any personal belongings, furniture or appliances.

If you don't already have any insurance, we urge you to please consider how you would afford to replace your belongings in the event of a fire or such like?

The scheme, underwritten by Aviva, offers a range of covers at affordable weekly rates, payable with your weekly rent.

Additionally, extended cover can be obtained, offering comprehensive accidental damage cover.

To apply for cover now, please print out and complete the attached application form. When complete, please post the form to 'Freebridge Community Housing, Juniper House, Austin Street, King's Lynn, Norfolk. PE30 1DZ' or return it to either our Juniper House office (as above), our North Lynn Estate Office in Walpole Road or one of our Area offices in Hunstanton or Downham Market.
