Explanation, Introduction to Tenant Welfare
Our Tenant Welfare Service aims to provide free impartial advice and support to our Tenant Customers, both newly arriving and existing, in order to sustain their tenancies.
For example we can arrange for assistance with debt management, to help you to negotiate more manageable payments, directly with your creditors.
We can advise you on wider budgeting issues such as your entitlement to tax credits and other benefits.
We will try and assist / support or signpost you to someone with the answers you need with regard to most queries or problems that you may have.
Our Tenant Welfare Officers follow a strict code of conduct and you can be assured that any contact and information disclosed will be treated under the data protection regulations ensuring confidentiality at all times.
