Our Housing Services cover the full range of our activities from the initial letting of our properties to managing our tenancies, including such diverse issues as rent payment and dealing with anti-social behaviour.

We have developed a comprehensive set of policies and procedures, the most important of which can be accessed from this website.

Freebridge has worked with tenants to draw up a set of service standards. They include things like how quickly we will answer the telephone, respond to letters and queries or what you can expect from our repairs or rent collection service.

Tenant Handbook

The Tenant Handbook contains some useful information about your home, tenancy and other contacts we think might be useful. Tenants will receive a copy when they sign up for their home.
