Sunnyside Court Refurbishment

Henry Bellingham MP cut the ribbon as residents at Sunnyside Court sheltered housing scheme celebrated the opening of thier new communal lounge.  Work at the Heacham housing scheme was completed earlier this month and includes a number of improvements as well as the building of a new lounge for residents' use.

Mr Bellingham said 'This is a real success story, it is part of a £3.5m upgrade of sheltered housing by Freebridge, which is money well spent'.

Residents and guests were delighted that Henry Bellingham MP could attend to cut the ribbon and declare the new facilities officially open, the ceremony was followed by afternoon tea in the new lounge and an opportunity for residents to show Mr Bellingham photographs taken during the building process.
