New Development Fernlea Road, Fairstead
A planning application for 12 new homes has recently been submitted for consideration by the Borough Council for the old Fairstead pub site, Fernlea Road, King's Lynn.

6 houses: 1 x 4 bed 2 x 3 bed 3 x 2 bed
The development is being led by Freebridge Community Housing working in partnership with the Improving Neighbourhoods Board and the Borough Council of King’s Lynn & West Norfolk. Freebridge’s purchase of the site will be subject to a Government Homes and Communities’ Agency grant. If the process goes as planned the sale will be completed in March/April 2010 with work commencing on site in June 2010.
