The Freebridge Decent Homes Improvement Programme

Freebridge Community Housing is delivering its Decent Homes Improvement Programme over a six year period which began soon after Housing Stock transfer in 2006.

Over the course of the programme it is anticipated that around 4500 kitchens, 4500, bathrooms, 2800 heating systems will be delivered, new high security doors fitted to all properties and windows installed to almost 5000 properties.

Dwellings not immediately qualifying for improvement works will receive these works following completion of the main programme.
