Housing benefit

Housing Benefit is available to meet the cost of your rent and may pay up to 100% of your rent. It is a means tested benefit so you will be asked to give information about all your income and savings in order to see if you are able to receive it.

If you are able to receive housing benefit, it is a condition in your Tenancy Agreement that the money is paid straight to us.
