Looking after your home

We want to help you to look after your home by repairing and making improvements, as appropriate, to your home.

To report a repair, please call 03332 404 444 (Monday-Thursday 8.45am – 5.15pm and Friday 8.45am – 4:45pm). We will take details of your repair and let you know how this will be resolved. Alternatively, sign up for our secure tenant area and report a repair on-line

If you have an emergency repair outside of our opening hours, please call 03332 404 444. Please make sure that you only call this number with real emergencies. Anybody who abuses this service, or who gives false or misleading information, may be subject to paying the extra costs which we incur.

At Freebridge, our staff are here to help and will ask for as much information as possible from you so that we can deal with your enquiry correctly.

Please note, we may defer a repair if planned maintenance, or planned work through the Decent Homes programme is set to take place to your home. We will explain this to you if this is the case.
