Paying your rent is one of the most important parts of the Tenancy Agreement you hold with Freebridge. Unpaid rent puts your home at risk, as well as making it financially difficult for us to repair & maintain all of our properties.
Your Tenancy Agreement states that rent should be paid, 'weekly in advance'. You can pay your rent using a range of methods:
Paying by Direct Debit
Direct Debit payments are a convenient way to pay your rent. Direct Debits are offered monthly and you can choose to pay on 5th, 15th or 27th of the month.
Direct debits are worked out on an annual basis with the rent for the full 48 payable weeks added up and divided into 12 equal monthly payments.
If you wish to pay by Direct Debit, please contact us on (01553) 667700 for a Direct Debit Instruction form.
