Owning your Own Home

While most of Freebridge’s current stock is for rent, there are opportunities available for people who want to own their own home or a stake in it.

People who were existing Freebridge tenants at the point of housing transfer in April 2006 have a preserved ‘Right to Buy’ their properties.

Other tenants may have the ‘Right to Acquire’ their homes.

Freebridge also has properties available for shared ownership, where people can purchase a stake in their home.
