Our Tenant Welfare Service aims to provide free impartial advice and support to both new and existing tenants, in order to help them sustain their tenancies.
We can offer help and advice on a range of issues for instance:
Referrals to support agencies
Budgeting
Preventing isolation of vulnerable tenants
Life skills such as cooking and hygiene
Mental health
Learning difficulties
Drug/Alcohol dependency
Domestic violence
Physical disabilities
Arrange for assistance with debt management
We can advise you on wider budgeting issues such as your entitlement to tax credits and other benefits such as housing benefit.
We will try and assist you with your enquiry or signpost you to someone who will be able to offer the help and support you need.
