Welfare and support
Our Tenant Welfare Service provides free advice and support to both new and existing tenants to help with your tenancy. They can offer help and advice on a range of issues, such as:
- Referrals to support agencies
- Access to an emergency alarm system
- Budgeting
- Life skills such as cooking and hygiene
- Mental health issues
- Learning difficulties
- Drug/alcohol dependency
- Domestic violence
- Physical disabilities
- Help with debt management.
They can advise you on budget issues such as whether you can access benefits such as housing and Council Tax benefit. For advice on managing your money check out our Money Advice Guide.
Our Tenant Welfare Officers follow a strict code of conduct and will always treat your enquiry confidentially.
