Freebridge are delighted to announce that we have multiple new job opportunities now available so whether you’re looking for that next management position, or looking to join our fantastic apprenticeship program then we may have something for you.

We are holding an open Recruitment Fair on Tuesday 23rd July in King’s Lynn (address below) starting at 5:30pm and finishing at 8pm. There will be people on hand to discuss all of the job opportunities below and application packs available to fill in on the day.

Our current Vacancies are;

Compliance Manager C. £33k

We require a Compliance Manager to ensure that all Freebridge assets have a comprehensive regime of cyclical servicing, testing, inspecting and maintenance in place and that they have a 100% compliance with our building health & safety requirements. You will be responsible for the Servicing and Data teams ensuring that our data for all aspects of asset management, maintenance and ownership are recorded, are accessible and reportable within our data systems.

Contracts Manager (Repairs) £33k – 36k

Freebridge Community Housing are looking to recruit a Repairs Contracts Manager situated within the Property Services Department (PSD) providing repairs to the housing stock around West Norfolk, responsibilities of the Repairs Contract Manager include:

  • Managing the repairs service measures against performance.
  • Provide reports on repairs budgets.
  • Assisting in development of new policies.
  • Implementing data collection from repairs reports.
  • Exploring and promoting continuous improvement in delivering a cost effective value for money repairs service.
  • Managing performance.

Admin and Scheduling Manager C.33k

To deliver administrative support to all colleagues within Property Services to ensure we deliver a customer focused service. Managing a team of scheduling coordinators, your team are responsible for booking a planning the operatives schedule, monitoring and prioritising as needed to ensure that the department runs smoothly, and tenants receive an effective service.

Surveying Manager C. £ 26 - £29k

Freebridge Community Housing are looking to recruit a Surveying Manager situated within the Property Department providing Surveying services to the housing stock around West Norfolk, responsibilities of the Surveying Manager include:

  • Managing the performance of the Surveyors.
  • To carry out on site monitoring of the performance of contractors both internal and external delivering programmed works
  • To ensure that all work complies with current legislative standards, legislation and regulations.

A great opportunity to study a Level 3 Surveying Technician Apprenticeship on partnership with the College of West Anglia. Working in the Assets and Development department you will gain great insight over your two year course on surveying within the community housing segment. Gain the skills necessary to begin a successful career as a surveyor whilst being fully supported throughout your journey.

First Contact Advisor (12 Month Temp) C. 18k

Be the first point of contact for our tenants over the phone, by email or in person and be ready to help deal or pass on their queries to the appropriate team. Liaise with other departments around Freebridge to ensure that our customers are receiving an efficient and effective service.
