Requirements

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the way in improving homes by driving innovative solutions to tackle damp, mould, and disrepair issues, ensuring residents live in safe, healthy environments.

  • Take ownership of complex projects, from surveys to resolution, using cutting-edge tools and data insights to deliver lasting results.

  • Build strong relationships with residents, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and a customer-first approach every step of the way.

  • Shape the future of our service by analysing root causes, implementing improvements, and influencing best practice across the organisation.

  • Empower and guide a skilled team, fostering collaboration and high performance while promoting a positive health and safety culture.

  • Drive excellence through compliance, ensuring our work meets the highest standards and reflects our commitment to quality and care.

Knowledge & Experience

What we’re looking for:

To be successful with your application, you’ll need to show that you meet the following essential criteria:

  • Knowledge & Experience: Strong expertise in damp, mould, and disrepair management, with a thorough understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements, including Awaab’s Law.

  • Skills: Excellent analytical and communication skills, combined with proven project and contract management capability, IT proficiency, and a customer-focused approach to delivering results.

  • Qualifications: HNC in Building Construction (or equivalent relevant qualification) or demonstrable equivalent working knowledge and experience.

  • Additional Requirements: Full UK driving licence, flexibility to travel, and a commitment to compliance and health & safety standards.
