Join Our People Team as an HR Administrator!
Are you ready for an exciting opportunity within our dynamic People Team? As an HR Administrator, you will report directly to the HR Business Partner and play a vital role in supporting our HR functions during the implementation of the new HRIS system. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive administrative support across all HR functions, managing the sickness process from start to finish, transferring HR information into the new HRIS system, and onboarding new starters at Freebridge Housing. Freebridge was set up in 2006, to receive the transfer of the Borough Council of Kings Lynn and West Norfolk’s housing stock. What you’ll be doing:
HR System: Maintain and update the new HRIS system, run reports and ensure all information is up to date.
Performance Reviews: Co-ordinate annual performance reviews and prepare related documentation.
Maternity and Paternity: Administer schemes and liaise with relevant parties.
Onboarding: Support onboarding processes and manage the DBS process.
Training: Track training applications and provide data analysis.
Apprenticeships: Administer the apprenticeship Levy scheme.
Filing System: Maintain confidential files and ensure GDPR compliance.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in service delivery improvements.
Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality in processing data.
What we’re looking for:
Essential Criteria:
Level 2 Business Admin/Maths, English GCSE Grade C (or equivalent academic achievement)
Excellent communication, both written and verbal
Proven organisational skills
Ability to work accurately under pressure to strict deadlines with minimum supervision
Excellent attention to detail
Calm and methodical approach
Proactive and self-motivated.
Desirable Criteria:
Holder of a Level 3 CIPD Foundation Certificate or able to demonstrate a clear, thorough understanding of HR processes and procedures and employment legislation including the preparation of contracts of employment.
Proven experience of working in a busy HR office.
