At Freebridge, we want every customer to have the best possible chance of maintaining their tenancy and enjoying a safe, secure home.
We understand that life can bring unexpected challenges. Changes in finances, health, employment or personal circumstances can sometimes make it more difficult to manage a tenancy. Our Tenancy Sustainment approach is designed to provide support, advice and guidance to help customers overcome these challenges and remain successfully housed.
Support begins from the start of your tenancy and can include helping you understand your rights and responsibilities, identifying support needs early, providing practical advice, and connecting you with specialist organisations that can offer additional help. We also work closely with partner agencies to ensure customers can access the support that's right for their individual circumstances.
Our aim is always to help prevent problems from escalating and, wherever possible, support customers to maintain their tenancy. If you're experiencing difficulties, we encourage you to contact us as early as possible so we can discuss what support may be available.
You can find full details in our Tenancy Sustainment Policy and watch our short video below to learn more about how we can help.
