Energy Support

Our Tenancy Support Team are here to help.

We've partnered up with Connect for Help, which will help our customers reduce their energy bills, stay warm and access the help available to them.

Connect for Help can:

  • Help you with issues related to your energy supplier, your bill or your meter
  • Check if you’re on the best energy tariff
  • Arrange a free money advice consultation
  • Help you find funding for further energy saving home improvements
  • Direct you to other local support in your area from charities and public bodies
