Join our newly formed, insight-driven team at Freebridge Community Housing, dedicated to maintaining accurate and meaningful asset data. As one of two Asset Co-Ordinators, you’ll work alongside our Home Quality Assessors in a collaborative environment that values continuous learning, shared understanding, and data that drives real-world improvements. From kitchens and bathrooms to energy efficiency upgrades, your data focused work will directly support future investment decisions and help shape the homes and communities we serve.

About Freebridge Community Housing:
Our Freebridge Community Housing goal is to provide affordable, safe, and quality homes for current and future generations, for those who need a place to call home. Freebridge was set up in 2006, to receive the transfer of the Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk’s housing stock. We now have over 7500 properties across west and north Norfolk, in addition to building new homes for social and affordable rent, and to support those who want to move into shared home ownership. We’ve had numerous achievements, including delivering our tenants' promises and bringing homes to the Decent Homes Standard, affording our customers a much better quality of living. What you’ll be doing:
Maintaining and updating asset databases and systems.
Investigating and resolving data anomalies to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Liaising with the Home Quality Assessors to ensure all stock condition and HHSRS information is passed over for inclusion in systems and databases.
Collaborating with colleagues across asset investment, development, and home quality teams.
Running data queries and producing reports to inform strategic decisions.
Supporting the creation of capital and revenue investment programmes.
Assisting with property sustainability assessments and disposals.
Maintaining the property disposal register and liaising with external partners.
What we’re looking for:
Strong skills in data analysis, interpretation, and system maintenance.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Proven experience in a data support role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manipulate and analyse complex datasets.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and other Office tools.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Organised, with the ability to prioritise and problem-solve.
Excellent communication skills and able to work collaboratively.
