Pay your rent
Paying your rent is one of the most important parts of your tenancy agreement. If you do not pay your rent, you could lose your home and it will also make it financially difficult for us to repair and maintain all of our properties. Your tenancy agreement states that the rent must be paid a week in advance; should you wish to pay fortnightly or monthly this can be agreed with your Income Advisor.
Direct debit is the easiest way to pay; its easy, quick and keeps you in control. You can pay by direct debit weekly, fortnightly, 4-weekly or monthly on any day of the week/month. If you only pay for your Home Contents Insurance and/or Service Charges then you can even set up an annual direct debit.
To set up a direct debit simply telephone us on 03332 404 444 with your bank details and we’ll do the rest. Alternatively complete a direct debit mandate for your home or garage (these are also available at our office) and return to us at our Juniper House office.
You can also pay in cash or by cheque in our main office at Juniper House, Austin Street; please note that we are unable to offer change and can no longer accept payment by debit or credit card at our Juniper House office.
You can make card payments by telephone to us on 03332 404 444 or direct to Allpay on 0844 557 8321, or through the Allpay website https://www.allpayments.net. If you have an Apple, Android or Windows Phone smartphone, you can also pay using the free Allpay apps. Click on the appropriate icon to download the one you want
You can pay in cash, by cheque, credit or debit card at Allpay outlets and you can also pay by standing order. If you wish to pay by standing order our bank details are as follows:

You will need to supply your Rent Reference to make payments in this way and this can be found on your Allpay card
