Pay your rent

Paying your rent is one of the most important parts of your tenancy agreement. If you do not pay your rent, you could lose your home and it will also make it financially difficult for us to repair and maintain all of our properties. Rent must be paid a week in advance.

Direct debit is the easiest way to pay. You can pay these monthly on 5th, 15th or 27th of the month. The 48 weeks for which you pay rent are divided into 12 equal monthly payments.

You can also pay in cash, by cheque or debit card  in our main office at Juniper House, Austin Street; by telephone, at Allpay outlets, through the Allpay website http://allpay.net/, by standing order or cheque.
