Stock Condition Survey update for our new customers
2025-06-25
If you have recently become a Freebridge Community Housing customer due to a change in who your landlord is, you will soon be contacted by a company called MLCS3.
As has been the case with our other homes, MLCS3 are carrying out something called a Stock Condition Survey on Freebridge’s behalf.
You will soon receive a letter from MLCS3 with details of your appointment, so rest assured, no one will arrive without notice. The letter will include a proposed date and time, along with contact information in case you need to reschedule.
This survey is an important part of our ongoing work to assess the condition of your home, and most of our properties have already been surveyed.
Your participation helps us plan future improvements and ensure our homes remain safe and comfortable.
When the surveyor visits, they will carry an official ID card featuring both Freebridge and MLCS3 branding. Please make sure to check this ID before allowing them into your home.
Appointments should last around 30 minutes and it’s vitally important that surveyors are allowed into your property to complete them.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation in helping us complete this important work.
You can call Freebridge on 03332 404 444 at any point if you have any questions or concerns.
We thank you in advance for your assistance with ensuring that this important survey takes place.
(If you have any questions, hopefully we have the answer for you in our FAQ list to the right of this page).
