Our Tenant Satisfaction Measures Survey
Our customers will soon recieve an email regarding our Tenant Satisfaction Measures Survey (TSM).
These are due to be sent out from this Thursday 13th July by TLF (The Leadership Factor), who is sending the survey on our behalf. The email includes our Freebridge logo and a link to the TSM survey.
We can confirm that the link provided is legitimate and that we’d appreciate it if you could take the time to complete the survey.
Last year, 834 customers completed the survey and the findings have been invaluable to us, our Service Champion Forum, and our Customer Voice Panel, as we bid to work on key issues such as our anti-social behaviour strategy and complaints handling.
Finally, TLF will be contacting you, our customers, by telephone before the end of this month (July).
