Consultation about our planned housing development in Stoke Ferry

2023-09-06

Do you live in Stoke Ferry? Would you like to give your opinion on the planned Freebridge Community Housing Development on the land between Bramcote House and the Village Hall on Lynn Road?

If your answer is yes to either of those questions, you are invited to attend a consultation at Stoke Ferry Village Hall on Wednesday, September 13 (between 3pm and 7pm) to air your views.

Our new planning application for a mix of 29 one, two, three and four bedroom affordable and shared ownership properties, as well as a new car park for the Village Hall, has been submitted and validated by the Borough Council of King's Lynn and West Norfolk.

Although the site does have an existing planning permission we have submitted new plans to deliver homes that better meet the local housing need , will achieve nationally described space standards and will be built to Future Homes Standards, being the 2025 building regulations.

Our application will appear online shortly, with Freebridge now keen to hear your views on this development.

At our consultation, Freebridge staff and the architect will be available for you to speak to and answer any questions you may have about the development.

We look forward to seeing you!
