105 new homes completed by Freebridge in 2024/25
2025-05-30
It’s been a busy development year for Freebridge Community Housing.
Freebridge, who are one of the largest providers of social housing in Norfolk with around 7,500 homes across the west and northern parts of the county, completed a total of 105 new homes in 2024/25.
That's three times more homes delivered than the previous year thanks to the finishing touches being made at properties on Salters Road and Farrow Court in King’s Lynn – all of which are now sold and occupied.
With 130 more homes already under construction in in Hilgay, Brancaster Staithe, Outwell, Downham Market and Watlington and Hunstanton, Freebridge is playing its part in creating quality new affordable housing in Norfolk.
Freebridge’s Laura Handford, Head of Service for New Homes, said: “It is fantastic to see our team’s hard work realised into completed homes for people most in need in the Borough.”
