Our next TSM survey is starting in July

From mid-July, the next round of our Tenant Satisfaction Measures surveys (TSMs) will get started.
TSMs are a requirement for providers of social housing such as Freebridge.
Overall, they help ensure that social housing providers are accountable and transparent to their tenants, and that they are meeting certain standards when it comes to taking care of properties, maintaining safety, addressing complaints, engaging with tenants, and managing neighbourhoods responsibly.
As has been the case with our most recent TSMS, this process will be carried out by an independent company called TLF (The Leadership Factor).
TLF will contact a percentage of our customers, which will come via either online surveys or from a telephone call via an 01484 number during the day or early evening.
