Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) Survey: January and February 2026

We wanted to let you know that the next round of our Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) survey is taking place soon.

These surveys help us understand how well we are performing in key areas that matter to you, such as repairs, building safety, how we handle complaints, and how we look after your neighbourhood. Your feedback is important because it helps us improve our services and remain transparent about how we are doing.

When the surveys are happening

Online survey: 19th to 26th January
Telephone survey: 3rd February to 27th February

Who is carrying out the survey

The surveys will be carried out independently by TLF (The Leadership Factor). They will contact some customers directly by email or phone.

If you receive a call, it will come from an 01484 number. Calls may take place during the day or early evening.

Why your feedback matters

The TSMs are a national requirement for social housing providers and help show how well we are meeting the standards expected of us. Your responses help us understand what is working well and where we can improve.
