Have Your Say: Help Shape Our Community Development Policy
At Freebridge, we believe that vibrant, connected communities are at the heart of tenant wellbeing — and that our customers play a vital role in shaping how we support them.
We’re currently consulting on our Community Development Policy, which sets out how we work alongside tenants, residents, and local partners to help communities across West and North Norfolk thrive.
This policy guides how we:
- Champion local voices through initiatives like Community Voices and the Customer Insight Panel
- Support rural and coastal areas, tackling issues such as digital exclusion and access to services
- Create projects that are sustainable, inclusive, and locally driven
- Partner with schools, health services, councils, and voluntary groups to deliver lasting impact
- Measure success through wellbeing and community satisfaction, not just numbers
We want to make sure this policy truly reflects your priorities - so we’re asking for your feedback.
