Have Your Say: Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Policy & Strategy Consultation
At Freebridge, we want everyone who lives in, works with, or works for our organisation to feel safe, welcome and respected. Our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Policy & Strategy sets out how we make that happen - and now we’re inviting you to help shape the next chapter.
A home is more than four walls. It’s a place for dignity, stability and belonging. Our communities across West and North Norfolk are diverse in many ways - age, health, geography, identity, culture, and lived experience. Inclusion for us means recognising those differences and making sure our services work for everyone.
We are consulting on our updated EDI Policy & Strategy, which outlines how we will:
- Deliver fair, accessible and inclusive services
- Remove barriers for customers who may face disadvantage
- Listen to and act on tenant and community voices
- Build a workforce that represents and understands our communities
- Promote inclusive leadership and challenge discrimination
- Use data and insight to understand where we can improve
- Be transparent and accountable for our progress
This consultation is your opportunity to tell us what works, what doesn’t, and what matters most to you.
