Support to help customers get into work or stay in employment

We’re encouraging customers to take advantage of a free local support programme designed to help people get into work or stay in employment.
Connect to Work (Working Well Norfolk) offers personalised, one-to-one support for people who may be facing challenges finding or keeping a job. This includes those living with disabilities, health conditions, or other barriers to employment.
The service can help customers:
build confidence and identify their strengths
look for jobs and prepare for interviews
develop workplace skills
stay in work if they are currently struggling
Support is tailored to each individual and continues even after someone starts work, helping them succeed long term.
Who can apply
The programme is open to Norfolk residents who want to work but need extra support, including those who are currently unemployed or finding it difficult to remain in work.
How to get support
Taking part is simple:
Customers can refer themselves, or
someone else can refer them with their consent
