We would like to invite local residents, Freebridge tenants and wider stakeholders to an informal information-sharing event about the proposals for the former Community Centre in North Lynn.
This planning application was considered, but not approved, by the Planning Committee in April 2026.
Following the decision, Freebridge has decided to appeal, and we would like to take this opportunity to meet with local residents and stakeholders to provide an update and give you the opportunity to find out more about the proposals and what happens next.
The event, which will take place at The Beacon on 5th October (3pm-6pm) will be informal, with the opportunity to:

You do not need to have any particular questions or knowledge of the planning application to attend.
You are very welcome to simply drop in, have a chat, look at the plans and find out more. Refreshments will be provided, too.
