We're looking for more customers to join our Customer Insight Panel – a group of residents who help shape services, influence decisions and make sure customer voices are heard.

The panel plays an important role in holding Freebridge to account and provides customer assurance that services meet the Regulator of Social Housing’s Consumer Standards

What does the Customer Insight Panel do?

As a panel member, you will work alongside other customers and Freebridge colleagues to:

  • review performance information, customer feedback and complaints

  • share lived experience to help improve services

  • provide customer-led insight and challenge

  • scrutinise services

  • help influence how Freebridge plans and delivers services

Meetings take place regularly, either online or in person, and full training and support is provided. No previous experience is needed – just an interest in making a positive difference in your community. [freebridge.org.uk]

Who can apply?

Freebridge customers, shared owners and leaseholders are encouraged to apply. The panel is open to people from different backgrounds and communities, and we are keen to hear from anyone who wants to play a bigger part in shaping services now and in the future.

How to get involved

Becoming a panel member starts with a short online form, designed to get to know you better. There are no right or wrong answers – we simply want to understand your interests and what you’d like to contribute.

If you’re not ready to commit right now, you can still stay involved through Freebridge’s wider customer engagement opportunities, including surveys, forums, and community events.
