Freebridge Community Housing is looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join the organisation as a Data Analyst Apprentice.
This exciting apprenticeship offers the opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience while studying towards a Level 3 Data Technician qualification through Baltic Apprenticeships.
As a leading housing provider in West Norfolk, Freebridge uses data every day to improve services, support decision-making and help create better outcomes for customers and communities. The successful candidate will become part of that journey, working with real business data and helping teams understand performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Throughout the apprenticeship, you'll learn how to:
Collect, organise and maintain operational data
Create reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Excel
Identify trends and patterns that support decision-making
Work with colleagues, contractors and suppliers to ensure data accuracy
Explore innovative technologies, including AI, to improve business processes
The role provides a unique opportunity to develop sought-after digital and analytical skills in a supportive environment while earning and learning.
Full training and support will be provided by both Freebridge and Baltic Apprenticeships.
