We understand that many of our customers are feeling the impact of rising energy prices.
Recent global events in the Middle East have led to significant increases in fuel, oil. and energy costs worldwide.
We know that the conflict is affecting households within our community, so we want our customers to know that we are here to help.
We recognise the strain that higher bills can place on our customers, so if you are struggling with energy costs and other essential expenses, you may be able to access help through our Support Fund.

Likewise, we have a partnership with the Local Energy Advice Partnership (LEAP) to assist our customers with energy bills and the cost-of-living.
LEAP helps to support as many people as possible who are at risk of going into fuel poverty. This service is open to all types of householders, including social housing tenants.
Thanks to the FREE energy advice service they can provide, those in need can stay warm and save money on their energy bills.
LEAP’s efficiency advisors provide guidance and support that is specific to a person’s energy efficiency needs, from referral, to home visit, to follow-up.
Our customer-facing teams have already received training from LEAP - and we are pleased to say that we are now able to submit referrals.
