New online form makes reporting ASB quicker and easier

2026-07-21

We've made it even easier for customers to report anti-social behaviour (ASB) by introducing a new online reporting form on our website.

Everyone has the right to feel safe in their home and community, and we're committed to helping customers living with anti-social behaviour get the support they need. Freebridge takes a victim-centred approach to tackling ASB and works closely with partner agencies, including the police and local authorities, to help resolve issues where action is needed.

Our online form provides a simple way to report concerns at a time that suits you. Whether you're experiencing ongoing nuisance, harassment or other forms of anti-social behaviour, you can now submit details quickly and securely through our website.

Customers can still contact us by phone, email or in person, but the new form gives another convenient option for reporting concerns. Reports can also be made on behalf of vulnerable individuals, with their permission.

If you're reporting anti-social behaviour, providing as much information as possible will help us understand the situation and decide how best to respond.

Please remember that criminal activity or situations where someone is at risk should always be reported to the police. In an emergency, call 999. For non-emergencies, contact the police on 101.
