All smiles at our Easter Party!
2026-04-17
We recently held our annual Easter Part at the Discovery Centre - and what a day it was!
The event was hugely popular and enjoyed a massive turnout on the day, with more in attendance than last year.
It also benefited from support by West Norfolk Police, King’s Lynn and West Norfolk Family Hubs, Alive! Leisure, The King’s Trust, and Leah’s Little Faces.
All children who attended on the day went home with a free Easter Egg - some of which were kindly donated by the Asda champion in South Wooton, and Freebridge colleagues.
Jodie Goward. a Placeshaper at Freebridge, said: "We were delighted to see so many people from the local community come along to our free Easter event at the Discovery Centre. Each time we run one of these events, we’re seeing more families join us, which really shows how important accessible, family-friendly events like this are.
"Bringing families together in a welcoming and inclusive environment is at the heart of what we do, and it was fantastic to see so many people enjoying the day.
"Working together with other community partners and groups like this helps us break down barriers for families and make sure everyone can access free, high-quality community events that bring people together and support the wellbeing of our community."
